The seller publishes a fixed-price lot, or the buyer asks for offers that stay sealed until the deadline.
The contract is filled in from a template with the details of the deal and signed electronically.
The service is operated by EuropSYS S.p.A. on its own infrastructure in Italy.
The path
Four steps, all written to the tamper-evident operations log and available to the parties.
Request access. The operator checks the VAT number and the company register data, then activates the company and its users, with mandatory two-factor sign-in.
Sellers publish fixed-price lots. Buyers open sealed-bid requests for offers: one offer per seller, no counter-bidding.
On acceptance the contract is filled in from the template, with payment terms within the legal maximum, and signed by both parties.
When the goods are collected, the parties sign the loading report, with photos taken in the application and the server time.
Payment for the goods is made directly between buyer and seller, outside the platform.

Some choices are fixed, because trust in the market depends on them.

Registration is not open: the operator verifies the company before activating it and contacts you at the address you provide.
